Myriad invites you to celebrate the publication of Sara Marshall-Ball’s suspenseful debut novel, Hush, at Waterstones Brighton on Tuesday 9 June from 7.30pm.
Haunting, mysterious and often shocking, Hush is the story of what happens when we find we cannot speak, even to those we love most.
Shortlisted for Myriad’s Writer’s Retreat Competition (now the First Drafts Competition) in 2012, Sara Marshall-Ball is set to be a thrilling new voice in fiction. Author Lesley Thomson (The Detective’s Daughter) has praised Hush, saying: ‘Poignant and suspenseful… this intriguing story of how a childhood trauma affects two adult sisters entirely absorbed me.’
