Henny Beaumont, author of Hole in the Heart: Bringing up Beth, will be in conversation with Jenny Booth at Wimbledon Book Fest 2016. Henny’s graphic memoir begins with the moment her life changed when her daughter was diagnosed with Down’s syndrome. As we follow Henny’s story in the company of her daughter Beth, and that of Henny’s husband and other three children, we read a family tale of depth and hope, in which no emotion is spared, all anchored by Henny’s beautiful artwork, and which will resonate with any parent.
