Myriad author Gareth Brookes will be showcasing his graphic novel The Black Project on Saturday 9 May from 12-7pm as part of the London Radical Bookfair and Alternative Press Takeover 2015.

This year, the Radical Bookfair will span five floors of a renovated warehouse near Tower Bridge and will include more than 130 exhibitors and 20 guest speakers. Designed as a showcase for radical publishers and artists of all shapes and sizes, the London Radical Bookfair and Alternative Press Takeover 2015 is a free event organised by the Alliance of Radical Booksellers (ARB) to bring a wider awareness to alternative publishers, writers and readers.

Longlisted for the British Comic Awards Best Book in 2014 and winner of the inaugural Myraid First Graphic Novel Competition, The Black Project is a darkly funny story of obsession, beautifully crafted in embroidery and lino-cut.
