Two Myriad authors,  Isabel Ashdown and Elizabeth Haynes, will appear at the Charroux Literary Festival this summer, alongside Labyrinth author Kate Mosse and others. The second annual festival takes place from 27th–29th August in the beautiful medieval town of Charroux, in the Poitou Charentes region of France.

The Charroux Literary Festival brings together both French- and English-speaking authors to discuss publishing, writing and – of course – their own work, all in the picturesque surroundings of South West France.

Book group favourite Isabel Ashdown has published three bestselling books with Myriad: Glasshopper, Hurry Up and Wait and Summer of ’76, all of which have received critical acclaim. Her fourth novel, Flight, will be published by Myriad this May.

Crime writer and former police intelligence analyst Elizabeth Haynes’s first novel, Into the Darkest Corner, was Amazon’s Best Book of the Year 2011 and a New York Times bestseller. She has published two other novels with Myriad: Revenge of the Tide in 2012 and Human Remains in 2013.
